With the Meeting Denmark program, Relocare provide participants with a more conscious understanding of Denmark, Danish culture and how to handle intercultural encounters in order to see challenges before they transform into problems. We inform about how to use Denmark as a country constructively and how participants can benefit most from their choice of a new work place.
Relocare will explain and translate the Danish working mentality, norms and meanings, so that participants gain a better understanding of Danish hierarchy and leadership, group-oriented teamwork, how to make friends, and what time a meeting at 2 o’clock really starts. The course is highly practical, and participants obtain tools they can use immediately.
